A little like John Muir... the deceased US 'hiker-alone-in-storms,' this photographer captured a moment few see. Muir used words to describe his experiences... My favorite by Muir is a book called "Stickeen," about his hike on a glacier in a storm. Muir was alone (again) and frankly annoyed the little dog wouldn't go back to camp... he thought of animals as "brutes" before the hike.
After he knew his hike reached a perilous point and the only way back to camp was on a thin ice bridge over a crevasse -he wrapped arms & legs around it for safety- he worried about the dog, stuck on the wrong side, aware the dog couldn't do as Muir did..and saw the dog take the bridge though the dog was very frightened. Then Muir saw the dog absolutely and obviously rejoice it had made it safely...
Muir's whole world changed regarding aspects of nature.
That's a long lead-in to this critique, yet fitting.
The photographer instantly shows in one shot the same appreciation for 'different' and 'respect' Muir saw in "Stickeen."
A viewer thinks about the simplicity of wind and a field of flowers as a 'canvas and artist' the photographer saw at work and paused to watch paint for a while.
Extreme blur in the lower part of the photo marching to the distance of the the sky adds to this. The sky adds to this.
The photographer saw how to balance on an "ice bridge" by including greens to left and right and let the light of the sun... natural light it seems... peek through clouds in a very well-balanced way to draw a viewer's eye into the photo with an artistic shot that speaks of nature's power.
Dark lines at left and right, complimenting the dark under the flowers in front, the dark tree(s) and the grays of a storm achieve a depth and vision not often seen by those who don't hike in storms.
I very much hope this photographer continues to see what most don't and share it with us all.

Exquisite scenery and picturesque view...

The geometric match of the flowers with the clouds, almost immitating the wind, is neatly created...
