You can not do this work with Photoshop, is imposible. Thank you.   wow, this is crazy !  I tried to do it a few times, but this is incredible !! -- Stranger things had happened, after all.  Actually, you can use Photoshop to process an actual picture to look like this, but you also must be able to imagine the end result first, and that'd take ... some inhuman genius.

It is a genuine photo and is not so hard to do it.
You need a good macro lens and a field with spider webs early morning. Thank you   wow, great shot.
